Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
At Washare, we respect and acknowledge the copyright and intellectual property laws and rights across all jurisdictions and both the legal, moral, natural and other rights of individuals emanating from intellectual property rights.
At Washare, we strive for complete compliance with intellectual property rights and aim to produce and endorse original content and processes which are unique to Washare without infringing the rights of other persons (both natural and legal).
Washare or its subsidiaries and retained agents reserve the right to pursue any cause of action permissible in law for breach of its copyright and intellectual property rights against any person (both natural and legal) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Washare expects its service users and others to respect its copyright and intellectual property rights. Please refer to sections 13, 20 and 21 of Washare’s User Terms (as may be supplemented or amended from time to time) for an outline of Washare’s general position as to its copyright and intellectual property.
Likewise, if you feel that Washare has infringed your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact Washare setting out the basis of your contention. Washare will seek to respond expeditiously to claims of intellectual property infringement.
